Our Homes
Our home building techniques are of the highest caliber, as are the materials that we use. Our exteriors use a combination of Hardi-Plank siding, with rock and brick accents. Our homes use energy efficient windows, doors, and roofing products and meet the "Energy Star" require-ments for a lifetime of savings. All our homes' yards are beautifully landscaped with low maintenance shrubs, trees, and bermuda sod. Each yard is fully irrigated front and back with its' own sprinkler system. We can even arrange to have the yard maintained for you if you like.

Our interiors have classic and bold designs, intricate ceiling work and open spaces. We use moulding and trim to give each room its' own individual character. The kitchens are spacious, with energy efficient appliances, custom built
cabinets and granite counter tops. Our homes are designed to flow, so everything always seems to be in the right place. Lighting fixtures are used not only to light the room, but to add a cozy and warm feeling to the room, and to accent certain areas. Fireplaces and ceiling fans are standard equipment in our homes, adding warmth and ambience or a slight breeze when needed. Elegant bathrooms give you enough room to relax and unwind from your day. Ample shower stalls, Garden tubs and jacuzzi's allow you to enjoy a little "me" time, but it's the fixtures
that really sets off these rooms, elegant and unique, setting the tone for each day. Sizable bedrooms and generous closet space make these homes comfortable, and appreciated even after many years of living there.
