The Manor at Montpelier will have 158 homes when complete, sixty-seven in phase one. Lot sizes average a 1/3 of an acre, with average widths of 80'-90' and corner lots being a little larger. The Manor has protective covenants to help keep the charm and atmosphere that you were looking for when you were considering buying your home here. The minimum square footage for a home is 1,500 sq.ft. Patrick Tyler Homes offers two-story and single level homes. All homes have optional bonus rooms and certain lots will allow for a basement. There are possible plans for a HOA recreational area.
